Return Policy for WonderousCo

At WonderousCo, we believe in delivering exceptional products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please read our Return Policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items within 3-5 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- They must be returned in their original packaging.
- They should remain unused and in the same condition as when received.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.
2. Non-returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from our return policy, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items
3. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team at bryceteinert@icloud.com or 480-698-7573 to request a Return Authorization.
- Upon approval, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all original materials (manuals, accessories, etc.).
- Ship the item to the address provided in your Return Authorization email.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), you will be responsible for covering the costs associated with return shipping. We recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
5. Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund within [7-14] business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the credit.
6. Exchanges
To exchange an item for the same item or a different size/color, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, a refund will be issued, and you are welcome to place a new order for the exchange.
